Healthcare
Regulated healthcare content
Pharmacy background applied to compliance-sensitive copy.
I’ve spent over seven years writing for finance, healthcare, technology, and other specialist businesses. I handle the research, strategy, and writing, so your team can take on more complex accounts without adding another person to the delivery team.
That is the practical point of this service. Specialist accounts are usually the ones you have to turn down, because the writing needs someone who can hold the subject matter and the compliance line at the same time. Bringing that in per project costs less than carrying it on payroll, and it means a pitch does not depend on who you can hire first.
It’s genuinely white label: NDA as standard, I never contact your clients, and any case references are anonymized (“a 12-person healthcare marketing agency”) unless you approve otherwise. I’m a writer first; AI accelerates research and operations in my workflow, it doesn’t draft your client’s thought leadership. Regulated-industry content gets human judgment because it has to.
Pharmacist by training, with experience writing for regulated finance and healthcare brands.
Client-ready finance copy that needs minimal editing. I confidently present his work to clients under our brand.

The writing I take on
Four formats, all of them client-ready rather than a draft your editor has to rescue.
Long-form and thought leadership
Articles and reports built on real research and, where there is one, your client’s own point of view. The goal is a piece their audience finishes, not a keyword target.
Email and lifecycle copy
Sequences that carry a reader from first contact to a decision: onboarding, nurture, re-engagement, and the campaign work around a launch.
Case studies and sales enablement
Customer stories with the detail left in, plus the one-pagers and decks a sales team can put in front of a buyer without rewriting first.
Ghostwriting for founders and executives
Their expertise and their voice, on the page. I interview, structure and write; they stay the author.
How the work runs
I take the brief, do the research, agree the angle with you, then write. You get a client-ready draft rather than an outline to finish, and one round of revision is part of the job rather than an extra.
For regulated accounts the research step is the expensive one, and it is the one I do not skip. Claims get checked against a source before they reach your client, because a single wrong one is what costs an agency the account.
Thought leadership is one of the formats I execute, not the whole of what I do. If the more useful thing for the account is a lifecycle sequence or a case study that closes deals, I will say so.
How you brief me
A call, a document, or an existing brief
An interview with the client or their SME where the expertise lives with them
Your style guide and tone rules, if you have them
Named deadlines, so the work fits your delivery calendar
Bring me your messiest bottleneck
You talk, I listen and recommend a solution. Yes, I’d also tell you straight if I’m not the right fit.
